Life Altered, LLC Return & Refund Policy

 

15 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY

 

You can return any purchases within 15 days of receipt.  Shipping label will be provided to you after you contact our customer service team.  Returned products must be unused and in brand new condition with the tags still attached.  We do not accept returns for any used items.  We are only able to accept returns for items purchased directly through our website.

 

To start a return, you can contact Customer Service and request a mail-in return to our warehouse.  Please note that for this mail-in option, the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 days after your package arrives at our warehouse.

EXCHANGE

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.  If you need to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will want to process a normal return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).

 

REFUND PROCESS

 

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return arrives back at our warehouse.  Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.  Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If the order has not shipped, we will fully refund you after you contact our customer service team.  Once your order is shipped, you will have to process a normal return for a refund after you received the order.
